KITCHEN
A
variety of things happen in this Kitchen. First, this is where we
prepare the " Hot Lunch program ".
Two
refrigerators maintained at the correct temperature so that parents
can bring perishable items. For infants we allow parents to bring
and stock food items on a weekly basis. For others ,this is on a
daily basis. Each food item must be clearly marked and stored in
a sealed container.
Our
teachers have been instructed to keep the refrigerators ultra clean
and parents are encouraged to check this for cleanliness whenever
they wish.

We
try to use only the best ingredients for our lunch program. Products
with HFC are avoided as much as possible. We grill or bake as opposed
to frying. All lunch menus have either 100% juice or milk only and
of course fresh fruit.
The
lunch program is made fresh everyday at the school. Visit our download

in pdf format so that parents can what cooking for the month. |
